How the track film is made

The production of a route film that can be used in a simulation is much less time-consuming than the production of a virtual driver’s cab view. After an initial video recording from the driver’s cab of the customer’s railway, processing takes place on the computer, with the route profile and the exact coordinates being synchronized with the film. All signals are then overlaid with a bitmap and activated, which means they can be changed. Finally, the train control is connected to the signals based on the customer’s track plan.
